For a fast and efficient claim, we recommend you begin collating the following information:
- Description of Incident
- Date and Time
- Location of where Incident occurred
- Estimate of Loss
- Take Photos of Damage/s
- Other Parties details – Name, Address, License No, Type of Vehicle
- Incident Report Number for any claims in relation to Theft or Attempted Theft, Vandalism or a Malicious Act (the police will provide you with this number when you report the incident to them)
